MDM Guidelines Regarding Reactive Dogs

So, It’s Your First Time Training with Us…

What to bring for your training lessons.

Nylon/leather/ regular 4-6 feet leash

All dogs must wear a flat collar they cannot slip out of (Check your flat collar sizing, you should be able to fit two fingers under it comfortably).
Have treats your dog is excited about. (String Cheese, Turkey, Hot Dogs)
Bring a treat pouch or fanny pack to hold your treats in. (We offer treat pouches for sale if needed)

MDM GUIDELINES REGARDING REACTIVE DOGS

If your dog is reactive/has a bite record/has broken skin during a bite/people aggression/dog aggression

Have treats your dog is excited about. (String Cheese, Turkey, Hot Dogs)
A treat pouch or fanny pack to hold your treats in. (We have treat pouches for sale if you don't have one)
Bring a muzzle if you have one for the dog.
A slip lead may be provided for safety measures as you enter the training center.

*Please do not enter the building before your scheduled appointment time. My Dogs Mind has a heavy flow of clientele, and we have many dogs of all different temperaments.

For the safety of all, we must keep the front lobby clear.

*If you have a reactive dog that needs space: Please leave your dog in the car and let us know you are here. We will ensure the lobby is clear before you enter.
